This is Kroutil’s third-consecutive year as a 1 Awards nominee. Earning a runner-up finish in doubles in 2014, the tennis star competed individually in 2015 to finish fifth in Class 1 singles. Kroutil ended her junior season with a 32-4 record.

Just a sophomore, Rader finished the Class 1 singles tournament with a fourth-place medal. She also ended her season with an outstanding 33-2 record, with losses only at the state meet. This is Rader’s second-straight 1 Awards nomination.

Capping off her senior campaign, Zengel was key to Kickapoo’s successful 2015 season, which included a third-straight Ozark Conference title, as well as a Class 2 – District 10 title and a trip to the Final Four.
