Cheyenne Bieber, Mt. Vernon Sophomore
The Mountaineers are lacking some experience, but they’re not short on talent and Bieber is at the core of that. She’s a gym rat that saw big minutes last year. She’s in that same mold as Cameron Call and Lacy Stokes in terms of her two-way ability.

Kenzi Cheek & Ashlen Garrett, Skyline Sophomores
Skyline graduated five seniors but don’t feel bad for Kevin Cheek as he has some talented youngsters coming. Cheek and Garrett are cut from the same cloth in that they get after it on both ends. Cheek is a bigger guard at 5-foot-8 and has big-time scoring potential, while Garrett is a shooter that can also create off the bounce.

Sadie Conway, Nixa Junior
An injury will delay the start of her season, but as a sophomore Conway showed signs of being ready to take on a bigger role this year. With graduation losses, the Eagles will be looking for more leadership and scoring punch, Conway can help with both when she returns.

Brooke Daniels & Ashton Bell, Fair Grove Sophomores
Fair Grove has had an incredible run under Jenny Talbert and these two guards will make sure that continues moving forward. Daniels runs the point and averaged 4.5 assists and 2.6 steals; she’s gritty with a great IQ. Bell is a 5-foot-8 wing that scores it well and rebounds the ball. Both have bright futures in purple and white.

Haven Haymes, Ozark Senior
The Lady Tigers are losing four starters and welcoming a new coach in Brandon Clift, Haymes gives him a post player to really lean on. She’s a 6-footer that saw some time last year but will shoulder a huge load on both ends of the floor this winter.

Alyssa Hill, Miller Senior
The Cardinals lose what is likely the greatest class in program history, which means that Hill will see a lot more touches this winter. As a junior she averaged 7.9 points and earned All-Conference honors, including a pair of double-figure games against state champ El Dorado Springs.

Kirra Long & Malorie Stanley, Webb City Sophomores
Long and Stanley give the Lady Cardinals a pair of long and athletic wings that are disruptive defensively in passing lanes, but also put pressure on opposing defenses with their ability to score. Webb City lost four seniors, these two will help make it a reload for WC instead of a rebuild.

Brooklyn Masten, Parkview Sophomore
Masten saw great minutes as a freshman, averaging 10 and five. She’s proved that she’s ready to take a step forward this winter, opening with 17 points and 14 rebounds against Joplin. She really held her own against Waynesville, Carl Junction and Glendale. She gives Parkview more scoring punch.

Hannah Medlock, Licking Junior
As a sophomore she averaged 13 and hit 65 triples at 34 percent. This is more about her trajectory. Licking has produced some great players and Medlock has the chops to be next, especially with her ability to shoot it from deep.

Kenna Tutor, Walnut Grove Freshman
The Lady Tigers didn’t really need any help with how much they returned, so Tutor is just the cherry on top. She’s a long, athletic wing that can defend 1-5 and excels getting to and finishing around the rim. She adds some dynamic ability to an already loaded roster.

Honorable Mention

Abby Bowers, Thayer Sophomore
Hailey Buchman, Rogersville Freshmen
Addie Hall, Mount Vernon Sophomore
Alyssa Farris, Camdenton Sophomore
Lila Griesemer, Catholic Sophomore
Alaina Norman, Republic Junior
Reagan Rasmussen, Rogersville Freshmen
Mikayla Smith, Kickapoo Sophomore
Kaylee Wilson, Blue Eye Sophomore
