Greenwood’s Aminu Mohammed has been named Mr. Show-Me Basketball by the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association.
Mohammed joins Kickapoo’s Jared Ridder (2017), Rogersville’s Drew Richards (2004) and Kickapoo’s Spencer Laurie (2003) as the only other area players to be named Mr. Show-Me Basketball since 1985.
Mohammed, a Georgetown signee, was also named a McDonald’s All-American this season.
Maryville’s Serena Sundell was named Ms. Show-Me Basketball.
