Saturday’s Missouri State football game postponed

ST. LOUIS — Due to adverse weather conditions, playing field readiness and to ensure a safe environment for student-athletes from both institutions, the Missouri Valley Football Conference has postponed the Illinois State-Missouri State football game scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 20, at Robert W. Plaster Stadium in Springfield, Mo.

The game will be rescheduled for Saturday, April 17, and will be played in Springfield. The April contest will air on ESPN3 or ESPN+, with network designation and start time announced at a later date.

Valley Football athletically-related activities will take place only to the extent permitted by local environments and applicable national, state, local and institutional guidelines in order to safeguard the health and safety of participants, staff and fans.
