What you need to know about attending the 2020 Blue & Gold Tournament

The 75th annual Greenwood Blue & Gold Tournament will have a different look this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Below are the key things you need to know if you plan to attend this year’s tournament.

Games in JQH and Hammons Student Center (First Round & Winner’s Bracket):

  1. There are no all-tournament passes this year. Admission to all sessions with be $8 for students and adults.
  2. Your ticket will be good for one gym only. Either JQH or Hammons Student Center.
  3. Seats in JQH and Hammons Student Center will be blocked off to ensure physical distancing.
  4. Masks must be worn at all times
  5. Capacity will be capped in JQH and Hammons Student Center at 30%.
  6. Gyms WILL NOT be cleared between games.
  7. The JQH box office is open from 11 am to 2 pm for advance sales. You can call at 417-836-7678 or walk up.

Games at Greenwood’s Old and New Gyms (Consolation games)

  1. You must have a voucher to purchase a ticket to games in the Greenwood gyms. Schools that enter the consolation bracket will receive their vouchers after their game. There will be no vouchers available for consolation games through box office or tournament staff.
  2. Admission to Greenwood games will be $3 for adults and students.
  3. Masks must be worn at all times
  4. These are single game tickets and gyms WILL empty after each game.
  5. If you have a voucher, you can enter the old gym off of Harrison (front of school) and enter the new gym off of Bear Blvd (front of new gym).

All games will be streaming exclusively through MSHSAA.TV and City Link TV for a fee.

Live stream coverage will be provided by Springfield Sports Network on CityLinkTV, and also available on MSHSAA.tv. 

Fans will have the option to purchase single game access or a division pass that includes all games under the respective division.
