St. LOUIS – The Missouri Valley Conference released its revised women’s basketball league schedule Friday, with schools now playing four home series and four road series and facing their designated ‘travel partner’ in a home-and-home series to complete the 18-game schedule.
The Lady Bears host Loyola (Jan. 8-9), Drake (Jan. 22-23), Indiana State (Feb. 5-6) and Bradley (Feb. 19-20), and travel to UNI (Jan. 1-2), Valparaiso (Jan. 15-16), Illinois State (Feb. 12-13) and Evansville (March 5-6). MSU hosts Southern Illinois on Jan. 27 and visits the Salukis on Feb. 24. Start times and TV designations will be announced at a later date.
Single-game tickets for MVC games are scheduled to go on sale Tuesday, Dec. 8 at 10 a.m. Tickets are available at MissouriStateBears.com/tickets, or during regular ticket office hours at the Old Missouri Bank Box Office at JQH Arena, (417) 836-7678.
The Lady Bears (2-1), who moved up three spots to 21st in the Associated Press Poll on Monday, host Lincoln University in the home opener on Dec. 7 at 7 p.m. at JQH Arena.
