Ann Landrum enters her third season, as the head coach of the Neosho volleyball program as the Wildcats look to improve on last season’s three-win season after a strong summer.

“Our team as a whole has made great strides this summer,” Landrum said.

Senior Brianna Keho will be the top hitter for Neosho this season. Junior Ashley Sims will handle the setting duties. Sims’ classmate Riley Funk looks like she will be the libero.

Landrum will have flexibility with her lineups this year with several versatile players.

“We are in a competitive situation this season, where several players are interchangeable and lineups could vary at any given time,” Landrum said.

The Lady Wildcats will work to compete in the deep and difficult Central Ozark Conference this season.

“We focus on us and what we need to accomplish in this order to be competitive,” Landrum said.

Neosho opens the regular season on Aug. 28 at home against Seneca. The Lady Wildcats open Central Ozark Conference play on Aug. 18 at home against Republic.
