Fifth statewide football media poll released






This week's statewide football rankings are out.

Nixa is the top-ranked SW Missouri team in Class 5 at No. 7. Camdenton fell from No. 5 to No. 10 after losing to Kickapoo last Friday, which is now No. 9. Both Ozark and Lebanon are getting votes.

Webb City and Bolivar sit at Nos. 1 and 2 in Class 4. Hillcrest is up one spot to No. 7. Carl Junction enters the rankings at No. 9.

Reeds Spring and Monett hold at Nos. 6 and 8 in Class 3.

In Class 2, SW Missouri continues to dominate with Lamar, MV/BT Liberty, Mountain Grove and Strafford all sitting in the top five. Ash Grove is getting votes in the class.

Class 1 has Skyline and Thayer sticking at Nos. 7 and 9 while Marionville, Jasper and Osceola are all getting votes.
