A. Will Brand - Glendale                   Read more about Brand
 
Brand re-wrote Glendale's record books at the state meet in November. He broke Charlie Mace's 28-year-old mark in the 100 butterfly twice in a 24-hour span. Brand ended up taking fourth overall in the event, but is a contender to win it when he returns for his senior season this fall. Brand also qualified for state in the  200 freestyle, 400 freestyle relay and 200 medley relay.


B. Chris Little - Hillcrest

Little was the premier diver in the Ozarks area. He took second in the 1-meter diving event last fall. The Hillcrest graduate placed 12th at state in the same event as a junior.

Sutton qualified in three state events his final season at Ozark. He reached St. Peters in the 200 medley relay, the 200 freestyle and 100 backstroke. He placed ninth overall in the 100 backstroke, winning the consolation heat in his final high school event. Sutton will enter the medical school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City this fall.


D. Trey Upton - Kickapoo -- CLICK HERE TO LEARN MORE ABOUT TREY

Upton qualified for four state events last fall: the 200 and 400 freestyle relays, the 200 medley relay, and the 100 breaststroke. He made it out of prelims into Day 2 in the 400 freestyle relay, the 200 medley relay, and his best event, the 100 breaststroke.
Upton joined the KHS swimming program his sophomore season after an injury ended his soccer career.
