Willard's Owens voted area's best goal scorer

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- This week's O-Zone Poll Question asked "Who is the area's best girls soccer goal scorer."  At least a dozen Ozarks standouts have found the back of the net double digit times, but the winner was just a sophomore.  Willard's Dylan Owens held off Ozark's Morgan Davidison, garnering 30% of the nearly 2,700 votes placed.  Owens has 25 goals this season which matches her single season school record total during her freshman campaign.  The Lady Tigers are 13 and 1 with their lone loss coming in penalty kicks to Parkview.
