KY3 Game of the Week - September 28th

The KY3 Game of the Week features a pair of Springfield schools; Glendale (1-4) at Parkview (5-0).  Ethan Forhetz and other KY3 personalites will be on hand to pass out 100 commemorative Game of the Week t-shirts.  The O-Zone inflatable football toss will also be at JFK Stadium for fans to test their skills prior to kickoff.  Joe Hickman will have a live preview of the big game at 6:00, followed by highlights at 10 on KY3 and 11 on the Ozarks CW.

Parkview is having its best season since 1959.  2nd year head coach Anthony Hays has guided the Vikings to a perfect start, including a key win at traditional power Camdenton last week.  Senior Landon Ruff mans the quarterback position with bruising tailback Cole Jenkins.  The Vikings also feature a handful of talented sophomore playmakers, including Connor Ratcliff, Hunter Steinmetz and Taylor Middlebrooks.

Glendale is rebuilding after reaching the class 5 state quarterfinals last season.  1st year head coach Tyler Overstreet takes the helm after the resignation of Joel Heman.  The Falcons narrowly fell to southside rival Kickapoo on Thursday night last week.

Look for live updates Friday night on OzarksSportsZone.com and be sure to tune in to the Ozarks Sports Zone highlight show that night at 11:00 on the Ozarks CW.
