Week 1 Football Games:

       Aurora's offense goes for 304 total yards, as the Houn Dawgs grab a win in their season opener.

      Elza Evans collects two touchdowns in Lebanon's conference win over Rolla.

Monett 28, Mount Vernon 14 - FINAL  -  CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS
       Tyler Ash runs down a 32-yard touchdown to get Monett on the board.

Jasper 20, Pierce City 14 - FINAL -  CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS
       Jasper's Logan Johnston scores from just inside the 10-yard mark, but Pierce City blocks their the extra point. Pierce City's Kole Kelly scores on a 20-yard quarterback keeper early in the first quarter.

Reeds Spring 33, Willow Springs 13 - FINAL  -  CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS
       Willow Springs scores on half back option in fourth quarter in hopes to make run on Reeds Spring. Kaz Woodward extends Reeds Spring's lead over Willow Springs with a third quarter TD.

Bolivar 51, Neosho 14  - FINAL  -  CLICK HERE FOR PHOTOS
       Bolivar collects a safety in the fourth to extend their lead. Tyler Lockhart with a rushing TD for Bolivar with two minutes left in the first half. Bolivar's Drew Legan scores on a 24-yard touchdown to extend the Liberator's lead. Rafe Peavey has collected two 1-yard touchdowns for Bolivar through the second quarter.

West Plains 14, Waynesville 13 - FINAL
       The Zizzers snap a 31-game Ozark Conference losing streak that dates back to week one of 2009 after edging Waynesville by one-point Friday night. West Plains also had not won a regular season matchup in 22 games.

Nixa 41, Sedalia Smith-Cotton 0 - FINAL
      Nixa's Jacob Karlson passed 5-6 for 130 yards, throwing three TDs and running three in touchdowns as well. Nixa ran for 189 yards offensively, while holding Sedalia to 92 rushing yards and 41 passing yards.

Mountain Grove 38, Rogersville 0 - FINAL
      Through three quarters, the Wildcats have only 19 total yards of offense and zero first downs. Rogersville only has 12 yards all on the ground, zero first downs and 0-5 for passing through the first half. 3 possessions, 3 punts, 8 total yards for Rogersville in the first quarter. Ricky Healy's 12 yard TD run puts Mountain Grove up 6-0 over Rogersville with 2:53 left in opening quarter.

Sarcoxie 42, McAuley Catholic 8  - FINAL
       Sarcoxie finishes the night with 393 rushing yards, as the Bears knocked off McAuley by a 34-point margin. Cole Lowry returns the kickoff 97 yards for a TD, and Lathan Vlasin catches a conversion pass for Sarcoxie.

Lamar 75, McDonald County 0 - FINAL
      Jared Beshore runs behind Sam Bailey for a 20 yard TD run. Lamar continues to dominate on the ground behind a strong offensive line led by Sam & Ben Bailey. Brett McDonald runs down a second quarter TD .Levi Petersen has three rushing TDs for Lamar.

Salem 48, Houston 16 - FINAL
       Salem is up big after the opening quarter in their first game under new head coach Brian McNamee.

Strafford 51, Hollister 22 - FINAL
      Jacob Wade finished the night with five total TDs for Strafford. Dallas Hester of Strafford runs the opening kickoff back for a first TD.

MV-BT/Liberty 60, Caruthersville 28 - FINAL
       Jaelon Acklin passed 15/20 for 322 yards and five touchdowns, while rushing seven carries for 108 yards and three additional TDs. Caruthersville hits 65-yard TD pass on 3rd and 20, and completes the 2pt conversion. Jaelon Acklin returns a 95-yard punt return for a TD with 5:00 minutes left in the first half.

Kickapoo 39, Parkview 25 - FINAL
      Tony Grant punches it in from 1 yard to give Kickapoo a 13-10 lead. Kickapoo's Kelton Reeves returns a punt reverse 57 yards for a Chiefs TD. Parkview after a pick and a 32 yard hookup from Anthony Gilliland to Connor Ratcliff. The Vikings nail a 30-yard field goal to get out on top over Kickapoo.

Fair Grove 26, Buffalo 12 - FINAL
     Luke Ivey with the TD carry for Fair Grove in the second quarter.

Springfield Catholic 35, East Newton 17 - FINAL
       Catholic's Cameron Skornia scores on 39 yard run to give the Irish a 21-3 lead over East Newton with 7:19 left third quarter.

Willard 30, Marshfield 16 - FINAL
       Hunter Yeargain scores his third touchdown and completes his first 2-point conversion of the night after running for 26 yards in the third quarter.Hayden Harris scores on 3 yard run with 1:20 left in 2nd, the Tigers convert 2.

Webb City 52, Carl Junction 29 - FINAL
       The Bulldogs lead Webb City in the first quarter after returning the opening kickoff for a touchdown.

Ash Grove 57,  Cabool 25 - FINAL
       Another Gavin Green TD pulls the Bulldogs within striking range of Ash Grove. Gavin Green hauls in a TD pass as time expires to pull Cabool within two scores. A Mulkey to Cline TD pass makes it 27-6 Ash Grove over Cabool with under 2 minutes left in the 2nd.

Branson 35, Cassville 28 - FINAL
       Gabe Kirk with the 70-yard touchdown run to get Cassville back within striking distance of Branson.

Camdenton 17, Hillcrest 14 - FINAL
     Hillcrest's Matt Rush intercepts the ball on the final play of the first half and takes it 75-yards for a TD. Rush also goes 25 yards for TD run on the offensive side of things. A TD by Kullen Carlock gives Camdenton the first lead of the game.

Republic 40, Springfield Central 0 - FINAL
       Jace Duvall runs in from 10-yards out to give Republic a 20-0 half time lead over Central. Republic scores first on a 9-yard TD run by James Desjardins.

Joplin 21, Glendale 11 - FINAL
       Glendale kicks a 36-yard field goal to get the Falcons on the board. Tristan Ash takes an option keeper 28 yards for a TD.

Warsaw 49, Clinton 15 - FINAL

Marionville 46,  Miller 7 - FINAL

Diamond 35, Liberal 0 - FINAL

Carthage 40, Seneca 33 - FINAL
