Marionville's Ted Young wins girls basketball coaching poll

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. -- In just his second season of coaching the Marionville girls veteran coach Ted Young edged Kris Flood in the O-Zone poll question asking, "What coach would you take to win one game".  After a slow start to the 2011-12 season, Young guided the very young Lady Comets to a class 2 state third place finish.  This season with a roster thick with sophomores and juniors Marionville is 18-7 in the highly competitive Mid-Lakes Conference.
