Sparta falls to Hollister by 18, as the Tigers improve to 10-2 on the season. Kyle David scored a game-high 26 points, and Trey McDowell concluded with 19 for Hollister. Sparta's Robert May and Jonathon Jenkins had 25 and 10 respectively.

Forsyth 60, Norwood 53 FINAL
Out in the Gainesville Tournament, Hartville crushed Koshkonong in the opening round, 91-33. Forsyth then edged Norwood by a seven point margin in the quarterfinals. Hartville will square-up with Forsyth in the semifinals Jan. 10 at 6:00 PM. Koshkonong and Norwood will play Jan. 11 at 6:00 PM in the consolation semifinals.

Out in the Gainesville Tournament, Hartville crushed Koshkonong in the opening round, 91-33. Forsyth then edged Norwood by a seven point margin in the quarterfinals. The Lady Vikings started out the first quarter on fire, going on a 19-0 run over inner-city rival Central. Parkview then went on to force 21 Lady Bulldog turnovers, which would would ultimately lead to Central's tenth loss of the season. Aubrey Buckley's 28-point outburst solidified Parkview's win Monday night.

Branson opened the game with a 9-0 run in the first quarter, but Willard battled back to lead 27-25 at the half. Though the Lady Tigers had issues in the fourth quarter getting their offense jumpstarted, going five minutes without a bucket which would give Branson the advantage late in the game to overcome Willard, 50-40. Moriah Dapprich scored 15, Hadley Blake and Jessie Barton each had 10 points for the Lady Pirates.

Galena's duo of Haley Inman and Kenna Greenway both led the Lady Bears with 14 points each, as Hurley loses by a margin of 22.

Jolene Shipps' 20 point performance paved the way for a Stockton victory. Sydnee Garrett added 14 for the Lady Tigers.
