The 2020 State Cross Country Meet at Gans Creek in Columbia, Mo. will be conducted over three days instead of the usual Saturday only meet, according to MSHSAA Communications Director Jason West.
Class 3 will run on Thursday (Nov. 5), Classes 2 and 4 will run on Friday (Nov. 6) and Classes 1 and 5 will run on Saturday (Nov. 7).
Each race will have a normal starting line.
“The venue has the capability to allow distance between the teams and runners for all to be at the starting line at the same time,” West said in an email.
Attendance for the event will be determined by what is allowed by local health ordiances. All tickets will be done digitally and purchased online.
