Brendan Galbreath was cut from the Camdenton 8th grade basketball team, but when asked to stay on as the team manager the young man they call "Bobo" obliged.
Since then he hasn't missed a practice and has been a big part of the Lakers, but on Tuesday night's Senior Night Bobo was rewarded for his dedication.
Head coach Jared O'Quinn told him to suit up and with two minutes left in the game the crowd began to chant Bobo! Bobo! Bobo!
O'Quinn called his number with 45 seconds left and on the inbound Bobo turned and heaved a 30-foot three-pointer off the board and in. The miraculous shot sent the crowd into a frenzy.
When the horn sounded on the 87-76 win over Columbia Battle the crowd stormed the court, lifted Bobo on their shoulders, a moment that young man won't soon forget!
